Water Contact Dance

As an extension of the Contact Improvisation community, there are a range of water based practices on the island.

Next to regular gatherings and classes, there are immersive workshops, nature retreats, and international facilitators and teachers coming to share their love for water, creating a truly global space for exploration and connection.

Each offering is a unique somatic experience with therapeutic benefits. They all value deep listening, mutual respect, and the joy of shared movement and collaboration.

Weekly Water Contact Class and Jam
